Aurevio Fragrances offers apparel perfumes and related fragrance products through its online store.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes and other product information displayed on the website are accurate.

Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

2. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for processing and delivery.

Orders are processed quickly after being placed.

Aurevio reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary due to product availability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect information or other operational reasons.

If an order is cancelled by Aurevio after successful payment, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.

3. PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, depend on the customer's delivery location and pincode and will be displayed during checkout.

4. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.

By completing a transaction, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. SHIPPING

Aurevio currently ships within India only.

Delivery timelines and shipping charges depend on the customer's delivery location and pincode.

Free shipping may be offered periodically as part of promotional offers.

6. CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation within approximately 4–5 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Due to our fast processing times, cancellation requests received after this period may not be possible.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Aurevio Fragrances does not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

However, genuine issues involving a broken bottle with spilled or leaked perfume, a wrong product or a missing product may qualify for a replacement subject to verification.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including the Aurevio name and logo, product images, photographs, graphics, text, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Aurevio Fragrances.
